LPN QA Nurse Qualifications:
Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia Five (5) years of supervisory or nursing administration experience preferred Experience in long-term care preferred Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures Knowledge of the laws, regulations and guidelines governing nursing functions in a long-term care facility Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement programs Ability to work well with a variety of individuals Ability to communicate effectively Must be able to be on call some weekends
