LPN Evening Supervisor

  • Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center, in Fredericksburg, VA is looking for a hardworking, compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to join our team.

Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations Administer medication and treatment as ordered Timely and accurately document resident care Help lead our nursing team to provide exceptional care Demonstrate and promote a collaborative service-focused team environment ome work in a safe environment and be part of a team that is driven by our mission: to provide peace of mind to those we care for: our patients, residents, families and staff. Drug Free & EOE Qualifications:
Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions CPR Certified One year of experience as an LPN preferred Experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Rehab/Memory Care preferred Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively A caring heart with a strong desire to make a difference in our patients' lives
