Job Summary:

Work Schedule:
2:00 PM to 10:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Assist with resident assessments and care planning. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident care.
Requirements:
Active LPN License required. Long Term Care experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
