- 9p, Mon, Tues, and Wed
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Administer medications, treatments, dressings, and other nursing services
- Observe, evaluate, and record symptoms
- Provide information to family and physicians
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- VA LPN license in good standing
- Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges and/or intellectual disabilities
- Current CPR, physical, PPD/chest x-ray
