Weekend Availability Required Job Description We are currently hiring an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN position at a Long-Term Care facility in Richmond, VA . This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible weekend shifts in a supportive Long-Term Care environment.

Available PRN Shifts Saturday & Sunday:

7:30 AM

7:30 PM

4 Openings Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report any changes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications Active and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license . Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required . Strong clinical and patient care skills.
