This role offers the flexibility to provide quality nursing care while supporting the health and well-being of patients in Henrico County, VA. Responsibilities Administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to care plans. Perform thorough patient assessments and document clinical information accurately. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to promote optimal health outcomes. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Provide patient education on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance. Requirements Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Virginia. Previous home health nursing experience preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
