Responsibilities Administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to care plans. Perform thorough patient assessments and document clinical information accurately. Provide patient education on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance. Requirements Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Virginia.
