• Every Other Weekend Required This assignment offers a structured and dependable schedule, allowing nurses to maintain stability while gaining valuable experience in a professional long-term care setting. Shift Options This facility offers 8-hour shift rotations, providing flexibility depending on staffing needs and availability:

Evening Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Night Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Shift assignments will be confirmed during the onboarding process based on facility needs and nurse availability. Compensation & Pay Benefits Oculus Health Staffing ensures that our nurses are fairly compensated and supported throughout their assignments.

Hourly Pay:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing direct patient care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and within scope of practice Monitoring and assessing patient health conditions and reporting any changes to the supervising RN or physician Assisting with daily living activities and ensuring patient comfort and safety Collaborating with registered nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care Assisting with the development and implementation of patient care plans Maintaining accurate and detailed medical documentation in accordance with facility policies Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and state healthcare regulations Minimum Requirements To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements: Licensure & Certifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License - Virginia
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Long-Term Care (LTC)
• Current

BLS / CPR
