Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and caring healthcare professional looking to make a real impact in a community-focused practice.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends or holidays required!
Job Responsibilities:
Assist providers with patient care, physical exams, and point-of-care testing Administer vaccines and injections to both pediatric and adult patients Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) for Medicare patients Obtain and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, height, respiration) Triage phone calls and relay messages from providers to patients Accurately document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system
Requirements:
Active LPN license in the state of Virginia Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience is preferred but not required
