The LPN also ensures resident's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. Skills :
Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner
Years of Experience :
Gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred
Licensure :
Current active LPN license in state of practice
Physical Demands :
