Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Resident Care Director to lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care within our Assisted Living Facility. This vital role combines clinical expertise with strong leadership skills. Ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards of resident rights and safety. As a key member of our management team, you will drive quality care initiatives, foster a positive environment for residents and staff, and ensure operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an energetic nurse with a passion for leadership, dedicated to making a meaningful difference in residents' lives. Duties Lead and supervise Medication aides, personal care aides to deliver consistent, high-quality resident care aligned with facility policies and regulations Oncall Rotation Develop, review, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring they meet residents' needs and comply with federal and state regulations. Oversee documentation review Ensure adherence to resident's rights by promoting dignity, respect, and personalized care practices across all shifts Monitor clinical operations during shift management, addressing staffing needs, workflow efficiencies, and quality assurance measures Conduct regular audits of medical records, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance to uphold accreditation standards Provide administrative clinical supervision by mentoring staff. Computer proficiency. Must be comfortable utilizing technology systems daily to manage resident care and tracking Responsible for the occupancy health of the community by working as a credible and collaborative member of the team alongside the Assisted Living Director and others. Requirements Valid LPN license with current state licensure required Extensive assisted living experience or long-term care facility experience is essential; familiarity with hospice care, home health settings is highly desirable Proven management or supervising experience in nursing or healthcare environments with demonstrated nurse management skills Strong knowledge of resident's rights HIPAA compliance standards Excellent leadership abilities coupled with effective communication skills to manage teams across shifts effectively Deep understanding of physiology and anatomy relevant to aging populations; ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs Ability to navigate regulatory environments confidently while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care Join us as our LPN Resident Care Director if you're driven by the desire to lead with compassion while ensuring regulatory excellence. $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
