Available Shifts & Scheduling:
We are currently hiring for the following positions:

7A-7P We offer structured scheduling with flexibility, allowing you to maintain consistency while still having the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as desired. Compensation & Benefits $30
  • 35/hour based on experience and shift Shift differentials available Retention bonuses Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k), PTO, and Life Insurance What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care across long-term care, rehab, and specialty populations Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, therapy, and leadership Support resident-centered care and quality outcomes Contribute to a positive, team-oriented nursing culture Qualifications Active LPN license in the state of Virginia Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Ability to commute to Warsaw, VA Apply Today Immediate openings available
