Licensed Practical Nurse

Faith Medical & Wellness Clinic is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing wellness, aesthetic, and family medicine practice. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, organized, and committed to providing exceptional patient care while supporting clinic operations. This position involves direct patient care, wellness services, aesthetics support, laboratory procedures, medication administration, patient education, and assisting with daily clinic workflow. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Administer injections including: Vitamin injections Weight loss medications Hormone therapy injections Immunizations Perform venipuncture and specimen collection Conduct EKGs, urine testing, rapid testing, and point-of-care testing Assist with wellness visits, acute visits, DOT physicals, and follow-up appointments Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and wellness programs Document accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Wellness & Aesthetic Services Assist with aesthetic consultations and procedures Prepare treatment rooms and supplies Support laser treatments, microneedling, facials, and wellness services Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment instructions Assist with inventory management of aesthetic and wellness products Administrative Responsibilities Manage patient messages and phone calls Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments Review laboratory results for provider review Maintain accurate medical records Assist with prior authorizations and patient communication Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations Clinic Operations Maintain exam room cleanliness and organization Stock supplies and monitor inventory levels Assist with opening and closing procedures Support team members to ensure smooth clinic operations Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training QualificationsRequired Active Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records Professional appearance and positive attitude Preferred Experience in family medicine, primary care, wellness, or aesthetics Experience with phlebotomy and injections Knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, weight loss management, and aesthetic services Experience with Tebra or similar EHR systems Skills & Attributes Compassionate and patient-centered Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Team-oriented Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently Positive and professional demeanor Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Manual dexterity sufficient to perform clinical procedures Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed Benefits Competitive pay Employee discounts on wellness and aesthetic services training opportunities Supportive team environment Professional growth opportunities About Faith Medical & Wellness Clinic Faith Medical & Wellness Clinic is a patient-centered practice specializing in family medicine, wellness optimization, hormone therapy, weight management, DOT physicals, and aesthetic services.
