Job Description

Pay:
$35 - $50 per visit + mileage reimbursement + paid training We're seeking an independent and detail-oriented LPN to perform in-home and in-office sleep therapy services and patient education for individuals using CPAP/BiPAP devices. We offer a structured schedule Monday - Friday 8a - 6p.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform in-home and in-office setup of CPAP/BiPAP devices Educate patients on proper use, benefits, and importance of consistent therapy compliance Demonstrate proper use of equipment (mask fitting, machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance) Confirm patient understanding and comfort with equipment Document setup, patient response, and provider communications Report equipment issues or patient concerns to supervising clinician as needed Conduct follow-ups and compliance check-ins as needed Manage your own weekly schedule independently
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active LPN license (required) Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently in the field Reliable personal vehicle Willingness to travel up to 40 miles Can work a Monday - Friday 8a-6p schedule
REQUIREMENTS
Must be comfortable working as a 1099 contractor Must be located within 40 miles of service area Ability to respond to patient contact within 24 hours Complete training within one week of credentialing Contact assigned patients within 48 hours of assignment
