Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care during the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for newly graduated LPNs as well as candidates with 6+ months of experience. Responsibilities Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients. Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies. Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide appropriate nursing support. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Follow infection-control and patient-safety procedures. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care. Follow facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards. Work scheduled night shifts and complete the full contract assignment. Requirements Current and active Vermont LPN license required. Current BLS certification required. Open to new LPN graduates . Candidates with 6+ months of LPN experience are welcome to apply. Strong communication and patient-care skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Ability to work night shifts and complete the full 14-week contract assignment.
