Job Description

Overview Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care travel assignment in Bennington, Vermont, beginning 09/02/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,757 to $1,868 per week, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Shift:
Night, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM (5x8 schedule) in a skilled nursing facility. This travel temporary assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Setting:
Skilled Nursing Facility (Long Term Care) Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and document administration according to facility policy. Monitor residents' health status, perform vital signs and assessments, and report changes to the supervising RN. Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, ambulation, and feeding assistance. Support wound care, dressing changes, and basic treatments as delegated by the care team. Maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record; document intake and output, falls, and incidents. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; respond to emergencies as needed. Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Vermont (or eligible to practice in VT). Ability to work night shifts and commit to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours. Experience in or comfortable working within a long-term care/Skilled Nursing setting. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Eligibility for travel assignments and adherence to facility policies and regulatory requirements. Education and Certifications (If applicable) Current licensure in good standing to practice in Vermont. Certifications and specialized training may be required per state/facility policies; exact qualifications will be confirmed during onboarding.
