Job Description
Come join a strong overnight team! Thompson House has one RN/LPN Baylor (7pm-7am) shift position open for every Saturday, Sunday and Mondays 11p-7a . We have a great Baylor program , a employee would work 32 hours and get paid for 38 hours each week ! Reach out today to join our outstanding team!!
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Skills:
- Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Experience working in a nursing home or long-term care facility Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
