Tuesday Overnight Support:

Overview Seeking a dependable and experienced RN or LPN for a private-duty overnight support position working with an adult male quadriplegic in a private residence in Burlington, Vermont. This role consists of a consistent Tuesday overnight shift, with additional opportunities available for coverage, travel, and supplemental overnight support as needed. The ideal candidate is calm, attentive, reliable, communicative, and comfortable working independently throughout the night. Prior experience with ventilator care, tracheostomy care, home care, ICU, long-term care, or overnight nursing is preferred. This is an awake overnight position requiring the support person to remain alert and available throughout the shift.

Tuesday:

10:30 PM - 7:30 AM Additional overnight shifts may become available periodically for: Team coverage Vacation coverage Travel support Expanded scheduling opportunities Responsibilities Overnight ventilator monitoring and maintenance Tracheostomy care and respiratory suctioning Medication administration Urinary and bowel management Skin care, bathing, and range of motion assistance Monitoring overall comfort and safety overnight Assistance with activities of daily living Light housekeeping and laundry Pet care Work Environment You would be joining an established and collaborative long-term support team in a fully secured condominium setting with on-site parking. The overnight support has access to a private room, WiFi, smart TV, and nearby kitchen accommodations during quieter overnight periods. Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in good standing Prior overnight or critical care experience preferred Ventilator and/or tracheostomy experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Comfortable working independently overnight Competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay:

$50.00 - $65.00 per hour
