10-hour nights and weekends About the Role Are you a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a meaningful difference in your patients' lives? Join our High Technology Nursing team, where you'll provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care to adults and children with complex medical conditions that require continuous, specialized attention. Our nurses rotate through care, so you will never be required to work longer than your scheduled 10 hr shift. Our nurses care for patients who depend on advanced medical technology and equipment-helping them live safely and comfortably at home.

Our team provides one-on-one, in-home care to adults and children with critical and complex medical needs. You'll have the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients and families. While you'll work independently in the home, you'll never be alone-your team and clinical manager are always just a phone call away. We believe in supporting our nurses with a thorough preceptorship, hands-on training, and ongoing professional development so you can feel confident, capable, and cared for. To read about the tangible impact our High tech nurses have, check out this article: High-Tech Care Comes Home | University of Vermont HealthWhat You'll Do Deliver direct nursing care to medically complex patients in their homes Monitor and manage ventilators, tracheostomies, and feeding tubes Administer medications and perform skilled technical nursing procedures Support and educate families on safe home care practices and daily activities Assist with exercise, physical therapy routines, and mobility care Collaborate with a dedicated, high-performing nursing team Experience with high-tech nursing procedures is preferred but not required-we'll train you! Shift Differentials:
Evening, Night, and Weekend pay ranging from $2-$5.20/hour Perfect for our night owl nurses - 10 hours shifts Supportive, collaborative team environment; never on your own Comprehensive orientation and preceptorship program Ongoing learning, skill development, and continuing education opportunities Work that's meaningful and rewarding every dayQualifications Current LPN license in the state of Vermont (or ability to obtain) Minimum 2 years of experience in home health, hospice, public health, or high-tech nursing preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional patient care
