Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and catheter care, following strict protocols to ensure patient safety. Assist with complex procedures such as tube feeding, wound suturing, and sterile processing while maintaining aseptic techniques. Support acute and chronic care management by monitoring patients with conditions like Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or infectious diseases in settings such as long-term care facilities or hospitals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and triage to optimize patient outcomes across outpatient clinics or inpatient units. Conduct diagnostic evaluations including specimen collection/processing and medical imaging support as needed. Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and long-term care standards. Skills Proven experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks. Strong background in critical care environments including ICU, emergency room, or Level I trauma center experience. Skilled in advanced nursing procedures like IV insertion, phlebotomy, catheterization, and ventilator management. Knowledge of
