Night Shift About the Opportunity Bel-Aire Center, part of the Genesis•Northeast Region , is seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a local contract opportunity in Newport, Vermont. This assignment is ideal for an experienced LPN who is committed to providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care in a professional healthcare setting. About Zencon Zencon Medforce, the healthcare staffing division of Zencon Group, connects skilled healthcare professionals with hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities through contract, travel, and direct-hire opportunities. Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care according to patient care plans and facility policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment. Report changes in patient condition to RNs, physicians, or appropriate healthcare providers. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Assist patients with activities of daily living and other care needs. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in patient care planning and shift-to-shift communication. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients. Requirements Current, active LPN license required. Previous nursing/LPN experience preferred. Strong patient-care and clinical assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
