Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care during variable shifts. The LPN will work rotating weekends and holidays while supporting patients and collaborating with the healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients. Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies. Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide appropriate nursing support. Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Follow infection-control and patient-safety procedures. Requirements Current and active Vermont LPN license required. Current BLS certification required. 6+ months of LPN experience preferred/welcome. Ability to work variable shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays . Strong communication and patient-care skills. Ability to complete the full 8-week contract assignment
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
