Position & Pay Details Job Title:
T-LPN or Travel Licensed Practical Nurse or Nurse Pay Rate- $45/hr. to $50/hr.
Location:
Rutland, VT Shift:
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM & 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM & 10:00 PM to 6:30
AM Hours:
40 hours/week
Contract Duration:
9 to 13 weeks with possible extension
LPN Responsibilities:
Monitor patients and report changes in condition. Check vital signs regularly. Administer medications and ensure adherence to treatment plans. Assist doctors and RNs with procedures. Provide basic patient care (e.g., wound care, hygiene, catheter care). Keep accurate patient records. Communicate with patients' families and provide updates. Educate patients on medications and discharge instructions. Maintain a clean and safe environment. Follow all healthcare policies and protocols.
