We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse RN or LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals at St Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation. As a Nurse RN or LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on our patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical procedures Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment options Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN licensure Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients and their families

Work Schedule:

Part-time and full-time positions available Shifts may vary, including days, evenings, and weekends, Shifts are 7am-7pm and 7pm - 7am

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $30 - $51 per hour
