Responsibilities include:

Monitoring and documenting patient conditions Administering medications and treatments as ordered Assisting with patient assessments and care planning Communicating patient status with RNs, physicians, and care teams Supervising and supporting nursing assistants Participating in shift handoffs and care coordination Supporting patient education and discharge preparation Qualifications Required Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Current

BLS / CPR
