Job Description

Treatment Nurse (RN or LPN) Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse to join our clinical team. This position is scheduled for 3 days per week, with additional hours available as needed — a great fit for someone looking for flexibility with room to grow their hours.
What You'll Do:
Perform wound assessments and provide wound care, including dressing changes and tracking healing progress Administer treatments per physician orders Conduct routine skin checks and monitor for pressure injuries, infections, or other treatment needs Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, assessments, and resident progress in the medical record Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team regarding treatment plans and resident status Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and facility/state regulations
What We're Looking For:
Active RN or LPN license in good standing Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred Wound care or treatment nursing experience Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills A team player who's compassionate and detail-oriented
