Position Type:

On-going contract with the opportunity for full time offer

Schedule:

Per Diem, day shifts 6:00AM - 2:30PM, evening shift 2:30PM - 10:00PM

Pay:

$31 per hour weekday, $32 per hour weekend Responsibilities of the

LPN:

• Provide direct medical and personal care to residents
• Administer Medication
• Assist with memory care and respite care Qualifications of the

LPN:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Active and good standing LPN license in Vermont

Pay Details:
