Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN License. Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program. Current CPR & First Aid Certification. Dementia and Mental Health training is preferred but not required.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living. Prepare and administer medications according to policy, order and receive pharmacy deliveries. Document resident progress notes, treatments, and any changes in health status. Assist residents with personal care and physical support as needed. Why work with us?
