M-F, Hours:
8:50am 4:20pm 7.5 hour day, 30 min unpaid lunch
  • Licensed Practical Nurse Duties and Responsibilities
  • + Provide basic nursing care and health services to students in a school setting.
+ Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school health protocols. + Monitor and assess students' health conditions, including illnesses, injuries, and medical needs. + Provide first aid and emergency care as needed. + Maintain accurate and confidential student health records and documentation. + Assist students with chronic health conditions, including care plans and ongoing health monitoring. + Communicate with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs. + Support health screenings, wellness programs, and preventive health initiatives. + Follow school policies, safety procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • + Must hold
WA LVN/LPN
license + Minimum of one (1) yearof recent experience as an LPN + Additional certifications may be required + Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
