Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in Washington State Experience working with pediatric populations or in a school setting is preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills for interacting with students, families, and school staff Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure Committed to maintaining confidentiality and following all health and privacy regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and support to students, including medication administration and routine treatments Respond to health emergencies and deliver first aid as needed Monitor student health status and implement care plans under direction Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in accordance with school and nursing standards Educate students and staff about health conditions and prevention strategies Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to promote student well-being Participate in school health screenings and immunization verification processes You'll be part of a team dedicated to ensuring a safe and healthy environment for every student.
