Job Description

Aristo HealthCare Services is seeking compassionate and skilled RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one care in a home health setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting independence, dignity, and safety for our clients. We offer flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and supportive clinical oversight. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting (Private Duty Nursing) Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor vital signs and patient condition Perform assessments and document care accurately Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, respiratory support, G-tube, trach, etc.) Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and care teams Educate patients and families on care plans Ensure compliance with care plans and state regulations
Qualifications Required:
Active Washington State RN or LPN License Current CPR/BLS Certification Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home health or pediatric experience preferred) Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to work independently
Preferred:
Experience with Private Duty Nursing (PDN) Trach/Vent, G-tube, or pediatric care experience Familiarity with EMR systems Benefits Competitive pay: $40-$55/hour Flexible schedules (build your own availability) Weekly pay Supportive management & clinical team Opportunities for overtime (approved) Ongoing training & development Work Schedule Options 8-hour, 12-hour, and overnight shifts available Day, evening, and night shifts Weekend availability optional Why Join Us?
