Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate individual care plans to ensure goals are being achieved. Assist with medication management, including storage, reordering, and administration. Administer medications, PRN treatments when needed, and observe residents for effectiveness and potential side effects. Assess and respond to physical health concerns, making referrals for emergency medical care as needed, with correspondence to the medical provider. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members. Ensure compliance with state WAC requirements and facility policies and procedures. Support and monitor staff compliance with regulatory and facility standards. Complete charting, correspondence, and other required documentation accurately and timely. Perform chart revies, medication returns/destructions, glucometer checks, and maintain refrigerator temperature Perform other nursing duties as assigned. Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses) Nursing degree from an accredited program An active RN license in Washington State or Multistate License Current CPR certificate (facility can provide) Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
