Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows | Baraboo, WI Join a team where staff and residents are treated like family. Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows is seeking compassionate LPNs dedicated to high-quality clinical excellence.
Shift & Compensation Status:
Full-Time & Part-Time options available.
Bonus:
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time 2nd Shift). $3750 Sign on Bonus Part Time 2nd shift
Pay Flexibility:

Core Responsibilities Clinical Care:
Prepare and administer medications/treatments; transcribe physician orders to MARs with meticulous accuracy.
Documentation:
Maintain daily records of resident care, observations, and pharmacy coordination.
Monitoring:
Proactively track resident conditions and report changes to the RN or DON.
Leadership:
Supervise CNAs and collaborate on resident care plans to ensure top-tier service.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active, unrestricted LPN License in the state of Wisconsin.
Expertise:
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical procedures, and LTC standards.
Skills:
