PM Shift Nurse Full Time!- LPN or RN

We are looking for a PM shift nurse (LPN or RN) for the Pines Post Acute and Memory Care. The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Pay:

LPN rate is $31-34/hr.; RN rate is 37-42/hr.

Hours:

2pm to 10pm- will include working every other weekend

Job Responsibilities:

Medication administration Evaluation of long-term care and rehab residents Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents Observing residents and appropriately documenting Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of resident's cooperation Follow safety guidelines

MUST:

be capable of maintaining regular attendance Requires ability to lift at least 25 pounds Safely utilize equipment Participate in emergency fire or disaster drills Follow universal safety precaution Skills MUST have an LPN or RN license Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Excellent knowledge of emergency care In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsible and compassionate Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills Patient with excellent problem-solving skills BS or other diploma from a nursing program 1625 E Main Street, Clintonville, WI 54929
