Start Date:

ASAP Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions accurately. Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning. Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and emergencies. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and nursing documentation Requirements Active Wisconsin LPN License (or compact license if applicable). Current BLS Certification. Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts

Pay:

$2,100.00 - $2,200.00 per week
