Full-time, Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse LPN at Lutheran s & Health Services - FT, PT or Casual for AM, PM or Night Shifts 244 N Macy St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935 Lutheran s & Health Services, an Illuminus Community, has been a part of the localmunity caring for the families of Fond du Lac and the surrounding area since 1936. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Fond du Lac, Lutheran s & Health Services provides assisted living, skilled nursing and short-term rehab services to older adults. Lutheran & Health Services continues to honor and preserve its Christian values, which have been at the heart of its mission for over 80 years, and continues to provide care that serves the mind, body, and spirit.

Job Type:

Full-time, Part-time or Casual positions available

Shift:

Days, PM or Night shifts available

Pay Rate:

$26.55-$33.68 per hour, dependent on experience Benefits include: FREE Direct Primary Care (DPC) for employees enrolled in our health plan—no copays for primary care visits and personalized access to your provider

Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.

Active CPR
