Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based primary care provider, seeks an experienced PRN Nurse/CMA (RN, LPN, or CMA) to support our Menomonie care team on an as-needed basis. Here, you will work alongside physicians and/or advanced practice clinicians providing high-quality care for patients from birth to age 64, filling in as coverage needs arise. Who We're Looking For Licensed RN, LPN, or CMA with solid clinical experience Comfortable stepping into different clinics and teams on short notice Patient-focused and able to build rapport quickly, even in short-term interactions Self-directed and dependable, with good clinical judgment Certified and proficient in phlebotomy Able to adapt quickly to different clinic workflows, teams, and EMR routines Interested in practicing in a setting that prioritizes quality and efficiency over volume Willing to travel to multiple clinic locations within the region as scheduling requires
Pay:
Based on licensure
CMA:
$40/hr
LPN:
$45/hr
RN:
