Schedule:

Every other weekend required We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in New Lisbon, WI. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality nursing care, administering medications, and monitoring residents' health conditions while collaborating with healthcare staff. Key Responsibilities Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights of Medication Administration Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse Communicate updates with physicians and family members when required Assist CNAs with call lights and resident care needs Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols Requirements Active Wisconsin LPN License (Required) Current BLS/CPR Certification Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work collaboratively in a long-term care environment

Pay:

$34.00 - $45.00 per hour
