This position also participates in the holiday rotation. The ability to work additional hours in the house or field to assist with coverage when full-time nursing team members are off is desired. Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients, ensuring comfort and dignity in their final stages of life. Monitors vital signs, documenting changes in EHR systems. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educates patients and families on care procedures and support resources available. Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Valid State of Wisconsin LPN license (REQUIRED) Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) (PREFERRED) Familiarity with EHR systems (REQUIRED) Experience in medication administration (REQUIRED) Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality (REQUIRED)
