Job Description
About the Position We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled RN or LPN to join our team for the overnight/NOC shift. This position is responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to our residents while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the night. The ideal candidate is reliable, calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents according to their individual care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately Complete nursing assessments, documentation, and required charting Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate provider, family members, and/or on-call personnel Respond to emergencies and follow facility policies and procedures Supervise and support CNA/caregiving staff as appropriate Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing duties as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life Complete overnight rounds and ensure residents' needs are addressed throughout the shift Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain Previous long-term care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or geriatric experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Dependable attendance and a commitment to providing excellent resident care Why Join Our Team?
