Our clinical support team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients not only in our main Wausau clinic, but also in outreach locations 1-2 times a week. These satellite clinics offer a refreshing change of pace and are deeply appreciated by patients and providers in the surrounding communities. About the
Role:
As a Certified Medical Assistant/LPN/RN in our Allergy team, you'll work closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure a smooth and compassionate experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will range from prepping exam rooms and administering allergy testing to assisting in education and managing electronic medical records (EMR). This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of patient care.Key Responsibilities Include:
Preparing patients and exam rooms for visits Taking vitals and updating patient histories Performing allergy testing (skin, intradermal, patch, venom), spirometry, and Feno testing Assisting with CT exams, nebulizer treatments, and systemic reactions Providing patient education and EMR documentation Traveling to outreach clinics with needed supplies Collaborating with physicians, co-workers, and insurance providers Maintaining clinical equipment and suppliesRequirements:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, or RMA),LPN or RN CPR Certification What You Bring:
