Duties Provide strategic oversight of clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Supervise and mentor care staff Conduct assessments Oversee patient care coordination, case management, and documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and accurate medical records management. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance processes. Ensure all clinical practices adhere to legal requirements and ethical standards related to assisted living. Requirements Registered Nurse Degree Management experience with 50+ staffing, on call, and managing staffing scheudle Familiarity with assisted living regulations, HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare compliance standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while fostering a supportive environment for staff development. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, community partners, healthcare providers, and research teams. $80,000.00 - $99,915.53 per year
