You will perform a variety of techincal procedures in caring for residents and collaborate with the Registered Nurse in administering care. VMP is dedicated to delivering comprehensive senior healthcare and community living services in alignment with our core values; Integrity, Respect, Compassion, Excellence, Teamwork, Community, and Fun. Requirements:
An active, valid LPN license with the State of Wisconsin A minimum of six months experience in a long-term care setting following licensure is preferred.
Job Responsibility Overview:
Provides direct and indirect care to residents. Performs a variety of technical procedures in caring for subacute, convalescent and chronically ill residents. Collaborates with the Registered Nurse in administering care to the complex and unstable resident. Independent projects, learning projects or quality improvement projects are encouraged. Maintains practice under the LPN scope of practice guidelines.
