Job Description

The Trempealeau County Health Care Center has a full-time opening at our skilled nursing facility in Whitehall, WI. The hours are a mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts. Either from 6 pm to 6 am or from 10pm to 6 am. Wisconsin Retirement, state health insurance, and other benefits are available. $28.23 - $30.78 hr/ LPN $37.97 - $41.00 hr/
RN Responsibilities:
Professional leader, leading by example. Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel. Discuss staff problems/concerns and refer to the Nursing Director as appropriate. Advise for treatments and medications in accordance with medical staff policies in the absence of a physician. Arrange emergency procedures and reallocate personnel during emergencies. Delegate's preparation of reports covering critically ill and emergency situations Performs hands-on care and monitors for compliance with infection control and good quality standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
