Job Description

LPN Parkersburg, WV Shift:

Night Shift | 6:45 PM 7:15

AM Shift Length:

12.5 hours including a 30-minute meal break

Contract Length:

Weeks Guaranteed Hours:

36 hours/week

Pay Package :

Pay Rate :

$30/hr.

Weekly Gross :

$1080/wk

Overtime:

$45 Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the nursing team. Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans. Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status. Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort. Observe patients for changes in condition and report concerns promptly. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
