Wheeling, WV TYPE Direct Hire ID j-18331 POSTED Apr 13, 2026 CPR, Inc is currently recruiting for a certified Medicare provider in Home heath, Hospice, At home medical equipment, and Pharmacy services in need of full time RN's & LVN's for the Wheeling West Virginia area! We are looking for current RN's (BSN preferred) licensed in the state of West Virginia with at least 2 years nursing experience as well as home care background! Available to work after hours and weekends on on call basis. We are also looking to fill LVN positions. Current LVN licensed in the state of West Virginia with 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting....community/home health or med surg experience is preferred!
