The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver effective massage therapy services aimed at promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals. Utilize various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Myofascial Release and pain management strategies. Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and progress. Document patient treatment sessions accurately, including techniques used and client feedback. Stay informed about advancements in massage therapy practices and medical terminology. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification in Massage Therapy. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience with patient assessment techniques and developing individualized treatment plans. Proficiency in various massage modalities including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and customer satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism at all times. Prior experience in occupational health settings is a plus but not mandatory.
