Looking for 1-2 LMT's to join our team on Saturday. Sessions throughout the week are also available.•Join our refuge of calm and peace in midtown Anchorage! Position Summary:
We are seeking 1-2 compassionate and skilled Medical Massage Therapy LMT's to join our team and contribute to our mission of compassionate care, changing lives. As an integral part of our holistic approach, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our diverse clientele, enhancing their journey to optimal health and well-being. Our in-clinic medical massage therapists offer a wide range of techniques that augment our naturopathic and chiropractic care.

Classic Swedish massage Myofascial trigger point therapy Deep tissue massage Lymphatic massage Trigger point release Acupressure Prenatal massage Sports massage Craniosacral massage Rolfing We bill most major insurance and accept self-pay. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, therapeutic massage therapy services, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial trigger point therapy, lymphatic, trigger point release, acupressure, prenatal, sports, and craniosacral massage. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess individual needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure a tailored experience. Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to integrate massage therapy into comprehensive patient care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed client records, adhering to all professional and ethical standards. Create a serene and welcoming environment within the treatment room, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and promote their understanding of your techniques. Pursue Continued education. Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and trends, continuously seeking to improve your skills. Follow best billing practices for medical massage protocols
Qualifications:
Valid and active Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification in the State of Alaska. Proven experience in providing a diverse range of massage modalities. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic applications of massage. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting and/or medical massage therapy is highly desirable.
