Massage Therapist Avé Holistic Health & Chiropractic Anchorage, AK Job Details Part-time $55 - $65 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Retirement plan Paid sick time Qualifications Trigger point release Treatment plan implementation Massage Therapy License Empathy Licensed Massage Therapist Full Job Description Avé Holistic Health & Chiropractic is seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our busy chiropractic practice. This is a full-time position, Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM , with a daily lunch break from 2:00-3:30 PM . We are looking for a therapist who genuinely enjoys helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and achieve their treatment goals. The ideal candidate is outgoing, empathetic, professional, responsible, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic and medical massage in conjunction with chiropractic care Work closely with the chiropractor to support individualized treatment plans and patient goals Utilize techniques including soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and other appropriate therapeutic modalities Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and the clinical team Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment Follow all applicable Alaska massage therapy regulations and clinic policies Maintains strong professional boundaries and consistently demonstrates appropriate, ethical, and professional conduct with patients and colleagues. Qualifications Current Alaska Massage Therapist license and compliance with all state licensure requirements Strong foundation in anatomy, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy Ability to work collaboratively with a chiropractor and follow established treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, professional, and compassionate Experienced massage therapists preferred Priority consideration will be given to therapists who are credentialed with BCBS, Aetna, and/or the VA. Compensation $55-$65 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and credentialing.
