Job Overview:
Provide exceptional massage therapies, including various techniques such as Swedish, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology, to ensure guests feel refreshed and revitalized. Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment room, and deliver professional services with compassion and attention to guest well-being. Support spa efficiency by managing operational tasks and adhering to punctuality standards. A valid Alabama Massage Therapist License is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Proficient Treatments:
Deliver a wide range of massage therapies, including Swedish, Sports, Aromatherapy, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki, with knowledge of hydrotherapy and body treatments.
Room Setup & Maintenance:
Prepare and clean the massage room daily, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Massage Services:
Provide professional Swedish massages of various durations (50, 80, or 110 minutes) while adhering to proper draping techniques.
Guest Well-Being:
Exhibit a compassionate personality, demonstrating genuine concern for each guest's health and satisfaction.
Treatment Knowledge:
Possess a thorough understanding of all treatment procedures and presentations to provide a seamless spa experience.
Operational Tasks:
Assist with restocking supplies, handling linens and laundry, and maintaining cleanliness during non-treatment periods to ensure spa efficiency.
Punctuality:
Recognize the importance of timeliness in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
