Job Description

Overview Come join Elevate Muscle and Joint's team as an Independent Contractor Massage Therapist, where the goal is to provide above and beyond care to every individual. You will have full autonomy of your schedule with chances to collaborate with multiple providers leased in this location. Newly renovated space with full amenities, dimmable lights in the room as well as a sink; washer and dryer on site. Patients currently waiting and can help keep you busy. Chances to collaborate and co-manage patients can also lead to possible insurance covered services as well as personal injury. Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic and medical massage to address individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's condition and wellness objectives. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and ensure comfort throughout each session. Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and health history while adhering to confidentiality standards. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality. Promote a positive client experience by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering trust and rapport during each appointment. Ensure all equipment and treatment areas meet safety standards and are sanitized according to health regulations. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist from an accredited massage program. Proven experience in various massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic and medical massage. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans. Familiarity with pain management techniques and occupational health principles for diverse client populations. Excellent communication skills for client consultation, education, and feedback collection. Prior experience working in med spas or healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for patient service is essential. Pay:
$45.00 - $63.00 per hour
